What you’ll do:

Partner with your stellar stakeholders across NAVEX to establish and evolve strategic growth opportunities aligned to business needs

Develop and deliver impactful learning content related to upskilling job competencies, people-leadership, and a variety of topics to grow our diverse talent

Facilitate experiences with an engaging, motivational style that inspires possibility in others and delivers on objectives

Optimize current methodologies, tools, and practices to ensure outstanding program results

Measure, monitor, analyze and report the organizational impact of learning experiences
-
Nimbly adjust and adapt to evolving business needs in an exciting, fast-moving environment

Collaborate with your amazing Talent Development team to support organization-wide programs and impact
What you’ll need:
-
2+ years of professional training experience, with a passion for inspiring people to do and be more!
-
The ability to help build an inclusive and irresistible workplace experience for others
-
A track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that deliver on needs and drive business success
-
Comfort functioning independently, as well as part of a team
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commitment to collaborating with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

Strong organization and planning skills to manage multiple priorities
-
Ability to drive results through your job competencies of content development, facilitation and stewardship
-
Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum.
