Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic and proactive Talent Development Program Manager to lead our enterprise-wide initiatives for career development and inclusion. This role is a critical driver of our talent strategy, focusing on defining our career development philosophy and providing strategic leadership for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) network. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader who can design intuitive, business-relevant solutions that foster a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility.
While centered on career development and ERGs, this role provides broad exposure to the full talent lifecycle, involving you in performance management, succession planning, and high-potential development to ensure a cohesive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Career Development & Internal Mobility Strategy
- Philosophy & Frameworks: Define and champion the organization's career development philosophy, creating frameworks that empower employees to own their professional growth
- Internal Mobility: Design and implement innovative internal mobility solutions to facilitate talent movement across the global organization
- Career Conversations: Develop tools and processes that enable high-quality career conversations between managers and employees, fostering long-term engagement and growth
- Continuous Learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning by connecting development initiatives to clear career pathing
- ERG Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Network Strategy: Provide strategic guidance and structure for the Employee Resource Group (ERG) network to maximize its impact on inclusion and business objectives
- Operational Support: Support ERG leaders in aligning their initiatives with broader talent development and development goals
- Integrated Talent Initiatives
- Strategic Exposure: Participate in and contribute to the end-to-end execution of core talent initiatives
- Succession Integration: Collaborate on talent review and succession planning processes to ensure internal career paths support a robust leadership pipeline
- Engagement Alignment: Partner with HR leaders to ensure career and ERG programs drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and retention
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Career Development Expertise: Proven experience in designing career pathing, internal mobility programs, and employee development frameworks
- Inclusion Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide strategic governance and support for Employee Resource Groups or similar inclusion-focused networks
- UX-Focused Design: A commitment to creating talent processes that are simple, intuitive, and valuable for both managers and employees
- Strategic Alignment: The ability to "connect the dots" between career growth, performance, and succession planning to achieve organizational results
- Executive Influence: Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive decisions and present complex talent strategies
- Measurement & ROI: Ability to define and communicate the business outcomes of talent programs, such as increased internal hire rates and improved retention
Other Qualifications
- 4+ years of HR experience , with a strong preference for backgrounds in Talent Development
- Program Management Excellence: Experience managing complex projects in a multi-functional and global environment
- Self-Directed: Highly autonomous and able to drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
