About the role:
The Talent Development Operations Specialist is critical to enabling our mission of growth by ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of all talent development initiatives. The role leverages cutting-edge technology, data analysis, project management and communications expertise to support the operational aspects of our talent and learning efforts. The role reports to the head of talent development.
Responsibilities:
- Project management: Independently creates and manages task and project plans for all talent initiatives, communicates cross-functionally to facilitate timely decision-making and alignment, proactively managing deadlines.
- Technology & vendor ownership: Manages and maintains the security and integrity of all talent-related technology, and maintains strong relationships with external vendors to ensure tools and services support our goals.
- Budget management: Ensures all talent development activities are aligned with the set budget, tracking spending and working proactively with finance to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximize return on investment.
- Data analysis and reporting: Collects, analyzes, and reports on the employee experience, effectiveness of talent development programs, tech utilization, and budget spend, providing insights into what the data tells us, and suggestions for improvement and optimization.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders, including People team and cross functional teams, to align talent development projects and tech tools with our needs.
- Operational efficiency: Continuously evaluates and refines processes related to talent development projects and technology governance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement to proactively enhance efficiency, maintain security, ensure scalability, and maximize impact.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a People function or business operations function
- Demonstrated proficiency in learning technology and tools

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)
$95,000—$115,000 USD
