We move fast, think independently, and build technology that gives hotels a real competitive edge. Our team is global, ambitious, and hands-on. Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering development initiatives that build individual, team, and organisational capability aligned to business needs which is clearly outlined in an annual training calendar that drives voluntary participation.
  • Full ownership of our internal training programme, which links employees to development material to advance within their current role as well as to advance beyond that, keeping all material relevant and updated in our RaccoonLearn Platform, ensuring its easily visible and accessible for all employees across our different knowledge resources (Guru / Dash), and updating individual records accurately when courses are completed.
  • Actively driving internal mobility by identifying talent readiness, development gaps, and succession opportunities.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with People, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, and functional managers.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by beating yesterday in how you bring  innovative ideas to  develop, grow, and retain our people, leading change with managers and teams — not just delivering programs.
