As the Talent Development Lead, you will provide hands-on coaching, while leading efforts to develop and implement programs that elevate our managers, empower our teams, and establish "The Go Nimbly Way"—a robust framework of processes, tools, and best practices. You’ll act as a business partner and work closely with our leadership team to build out and document our standards, and translate those into successful training and coaching programs that strengthen our company culture, improve onboarding, and create a shared understanding of how we deliver excellent work.

This role reports to our Director of Operations and will be primarily focused on supporting our consulting team.

On a given day, the Talent Development Lead will spend time:

  • Collaborating with directors to assess team development needs and create strategies to support career growth and skill-building.
  • Driving the creation and rollout of "The Go Nimbly Way," including frameworks, processes, templates, and knowledge-sharing resources to standardize and optimize our delivery practices. We have a solid foundation built for this and are looking for someone to take it to the finish line.
  • Building and maintaining a skills inventory for the delivery team to track expertise, identify gaps, and inform professional development plans.
  • Designing and facilitating training programs, onboarding plans, and workshops to upskill managers and new hires, focusing on areas like team management, time tracking, and customer engagement.
  • Providing 1:1 coaching to managers to develop their maturity and leadership capabilities.
  • Partnering with the People team to align on company-wide initiatives, including talent development and performance enablement.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related role; prior experience at a professional services firm, either as an L&D professional, HRBP, or as a consultant is required.
  • We are looking for someone who can act as a business partner and who deeply understands our business. Prior knowledge of Salesforce consulting or Revenue Operations is a huge plus.
  • Proven experience creating and implementing scalable processes, frameworks, and training programs.
  • Strong coaching skills and a track record of helping managers develop leadership maturity.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

The salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling as there are two possible levels included in this range.
