Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking an adaptable and proactive Talent Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Generalist will be instrumental in managing various HR responsibilities aligned to recruitment, performance management, and employee development. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can effectively balance multiple responsibilities and contribute to our organizational success.

L&D and Talent Management

  • Maintain the Talent Team’s knowledge management repository in Confluence.
  • Administer Cint’s LMS, including support for learners and providing data on platform engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Implementing employee engagement surveys via Cint’s HRIS HiBob
  • Assisting in the deployment of Performance Reviews
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Talent Acquisition

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including replying to GlassDoor responses, to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Coordinate invoicing for 3rd party agencies 
  • Coordinate SHL testing and other psychometrics

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in HR, with a focus on L&D and/or Talent Acquisition preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR software and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Passion for continuous learning and development

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on practical solutions.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
