The role:

The Talent Development Expert will design, implement, and manage programs and strategies to develop and retain top talent across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities, leadership development, career progression, and succession planning to drive business performance and employee engagement.

Your tasks:
  • Design and implement end-to-end talent development strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead initiatives in leadership development, high-potential programs, and employee career pathing.

  • Partner with business leaders and People Consultants to identify skills gaps and learning needs.

  • Create and manage learning and development programs (e.g., workshops, coaching, mentoring).

  • Facilitate performance management and succession planning processes.

  • Leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness, ROI, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage vendor relationships and select external learning providers as needed.

  • Promote a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous development across the organization.

  • Ensure alignment with DEI principles and inclusive talent practices.

What you offer us:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or L&D roles.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent development strategies.

  • Experience with performance management, leadership programs, and coaching initiatives.

  • Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency with talent management systems, LMS platforms, and data analysis tools.

  • Certification in coaching, instructional design, or psychometric assessments is a plus.
