We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike, and we are looking to recruit an Talent Development Coordinator for our Barcelona office. 

Your Role

As a Talent Development Coordinator you will be assisting the HR Department in some of the tasks and projects the team handles and, in coordination of other HR team members, you will lead, organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires, improve our learning and development area and give support to talent acquisition area in order to attract the best talent. 

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Keeps information and contents included in the Onboarding training and Welcome session up-to-date for all companies within the Group.
• Provide clear guidelines to competency mapping and career development. 
• Creating and executing employee talent value propositions to align HR policies, practices, and systems.
• Support in the full-cycle of recruitment processes.
• Coordination of new employees onboarding by ensuring that all aspects needed for the first day are ready.
• Assist in HR processes and tools.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• University Degree in Psychology will be a plus.
• Experience in HR roles (such as a generalist, administrative or L&D specialist).
• Experience using G-Suite tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Open attitude to learn about HR.
• Passion for online industry and new technologies.
