The Role

This role assists in shaping Talent & Development, through the implementation of exceptional project management, flawless execution, and a continuous process improvement mentality.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Talent Development Specialist, you will: 

  • Coordinate skill development programming and initiatives at the enterprise level. Focus areas could include manager development, career development, performance management, AI skill-building, and cultural fluency.
  • Design and operate learning programs, in partnership with SMEs, for a variety of audiences
  • Facilitate training for a variety of audiences.
  • Promote awareness of Talent Development programs and solutions within the company.
  • Collect and analyze internal and external data to help optimize the reach, effectiveness and impact of talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business units to educate employees about development resources and programs through strategic communication.
  • Collaborate with external learning providers as needed.
  • Operate in a matrixed environment, interacting with various stakeholders and representing the Talent Development team in key projects.
  • Ensure successful execution and alignment with the company’s strategy and culture.

About you:

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven skill in designing and facilitating learning experiences, with the ability to create and deliver effective content.
  • Stakeholders Management: Ability to convey ideas both verbally and visually, engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Skill in project management and managing a portfolio of programs.
  • Ability to navigate strategic discussions and execute necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
  • Skill at collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data to inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
