Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates for global roles.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruitment logistics.
- Help build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Learn and apply ZURU’s hiring framework in day-to-day activities.
- Support preparation of reports and insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Contribute to creating a world-class candidate experience.
Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience – Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Admin, Analytics, or similar.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about global hiring processes and talent acquisition best practices.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
