Unspecified- Coordinates and schedules interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) by communicating with candidates and interviewers to align availability, ensuring all logistics, links, materials, and agendas are accurate and well-documented.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing confirmations, rescheduling, questions, and providing clear and timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Supports recruiters by reviewing resumes, preparing candidate shortlists, updating statuses in the ATS, generating interview packets, and ensuring recruitment-related documentation is complete and accurate.
- Follows up with interviewers to collect feedback promptly and maintains visibility of hiring processes, calendars, and interview schedules across the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assists with job postings, requisition updates, career fair coordination, and occasional participation in campus or outreach events to support early talent pipelines.
- Helps maintain sourcing pipelines by tracking candidate flow, supporting outreach efforts, and assisting in amplifying the employer brand through approved communication channels.
- Conducts job profile evaluations for candidates to identify top talent from applications as needed
- Provides general administrative support for hiring events, assessments, and additional recruitment tasks, contributing to project initiatives within Talent Acquisition as needed.
- Execute compliance-mandated onboarding activities while maintaining excellence in the candidate experience.
- Function as a liaison for market promotion through our social media channels.
- Candidate Experience Management — Represent the company brand by guiding candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Data‑Driven Recruiting — Use recruitment metrics to improve hiring speed, quality, and efficiency during onboarding.
- Process Improvement — Apply lean and continuous improvement practices to streamline recruiting workflows.
- Recruiting Technology Expertise — Master ATS systems, sourcing tools, and digital hiring platforms to support effective talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline in Business Administration, Psychology or related with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Customer-service mindset and ability to maintain professionalism with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
