ServiceTitan is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) to join our Talent Operations & Talent team. This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to contribute to developing talent strategy around candidate experience and scheduling.

Open to remote candidates within the US for a 6 month contract

What You'll Do:

  • Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling, candidate communication & experience initiatives

  • Manage Onboarding process & tasks for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management, I-9 verification, new hire questions

  • Assist in managing and troubleshooting of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) & scheduling system (Rooster)

  • Facilitate monthly operations auditing, partner on ad hoc reporting and projects

  • Juggle multiple projects at once as you will be the go-to person for recruiting assistance

  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordination, administrative or project coordination experience

  • Experience with Workday

  • Professionalism and positive demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm during crisis and high pressure

  • Ability to overcome challenges and problem solve

Our Team:

  • Embedded in the Talent Operations function, you'll partner with a team of seasoned Coordinators & Specialists and support up to ~25 full-time Recruiters who support recruiting efforts across US & Canada

  • We are a remote first team and prefer a resource within PST, MST or CST
