We are looking for our new Talent Brand Partner for Functions CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X. Within the Talent Acquisition organization, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of tailored campaign strategies that align Employer Branding efforts globally and meet the diverse hiring needs of our region, brand, and business groups as well as creating and leading out Early Careers Program.
You combine your creativity and strategic thinking with deep business expertise and a knowledge of technological platforms. You work hands-on with a wide range of internal partners to identify challenges, limitations, and new opportunities in marketing the company to top talent.
You report to the Director of TA CE, and your primary office will be in our head office for CE in Villeneuve-d'Ascq. While working with the TA Managers CE, you will also collaborate with the Global Employer Branding Team and the Talent Brand Partner for Manufacturing CE.
Key responsibilities :

• You support the activation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Brand in the CE region.
• You convert our EVP into competitive, authentic, and engaging content across traditional recruitment, evergreen and hard to recruit talent segments, taking cultural differences and specific local 'talent magnets' into consideration.
• You lead the creation and execution of the CE Early Careers Program including owning university relations.
• You build the CE Employer Brand Ambassador Network, to ensure all markets have access to our Employer Brand content and collateral.
• You oversee the creation of CE's content strategy by engaging content across different mediums and experiment with new channels or content formats.
• You build a content calendar for owned channels and talent pool engagement.
• Finally, you create targeted talent marketing campaigns for high volume and niche specialist roles.

Qualifications:

• You have solid and creative working experience in Employer Branding and related fields.
• You have excellent copywriting skills and a passion for content and storytelling, to unlock the human story behind the data.
• You have a proven record of developing impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.
• You have a history of finalizing projects in a timely manner.
• Thanks to your strong networking and ambassadorial skills, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment you will enable McCain to be and remain an employer of choice for diverse talents.
• You have a strong cultural awareness and can differentiate talent brand solutions across the market and within different countries in Europe.
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
