As a Talent Brand and Communications Advisor, you will lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, while serving as a brand steward and advisor. Employed by Sagility, you will work exclusively on The Cigna Group’s project, ensuring seamless integration of brand governance and recruitment marketing best practices.
You will apply advanced consumer marketing and brand management strategies, leveraging digital platforms, local insights, and storytelling to position the company as an employer of choice. You will also guide teams on brand standards, champion brand ambassador programs, and influence the adoption of new brand guidelines.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering transparent and effective communication channels within the organization. You will craft and deliver strategic communication plans to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals and objectives. This includes supporting change management communications, leadership messaging, crisis communication preparedness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Employer Brand Strategy & Governance
• Develop, localize, and elevate The Cigna Group’s employer brand for the Philippine market, aligning with cultural values and enterprise brand standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on brand guidelines for The Cigna Group, Cigna Healthcare, and Evernorth Health Services.
• Create, manage, and deploy brand assets, messaging frameworks, and EVP content across all channels.
• Guide employees and stakeholders on brand standards, encouraging flexibility within the branding framework.
• Partner with the Brand Management centralized team in the US to ensure Brand resources and guidelines align
Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, job boards, radio, billboards, email, etc.) to attract healthcare and customer service professionals.
• Build and maintain landing pages and social media campaigns to engage job seekers.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI using data-driven insights.
Internal & Leadership Communications
