About the role
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be part of our global Talent Attraction Shared Service Center, delivering high-quality, standardized recruitment services across multiple countries and functions. In this role, you contribute to efficient, scalable, and compliant hiring processes, with a strong focus on candidate experience and service excellence.
Working in a structured, SLA-driven environment, you support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles, ensuring consistent and high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business needs.
This is your new job
You will execute recruitment activities in line with defined SSC processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high data quality:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment execution, from requisition intake to offer stage, within defined frameworks
- Screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, and prepare shortlists aligned with role requirements
- Manage multiple requisitions in parallel, ensuring SLA adherence and timely delivery
- Support hiring managers through structured intake meetings, interview coordination, and selection processes
- Execute sourcing via approved channels such as ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards, and contribute to building talent pipelines for recurring roles
- Provide a seamless candidate experience through timely communication, coordination, and feedback handling
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation in the ATS, ensuring compliance with data privacy and governance standards
- Identify and escalate process deviations or unclear requirements to ensure consistent delivery
This is you
You are a structured and service-oriented recruitment professional who thrives in a process-driven, international environment:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in in-house, SSC, or RPO talent attraction/recruitment, ideally within technical or professional roles
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and selection methodologies
- Proven experience with structured interviewing and direct sourcing approaches
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and working within standardized, SLA-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
- Additional languages requirements: German
