The Role

Job Location: US Remote - Minnesota or New Jersey preferred

Are you a recruiting professional who loves providing strategic guidance and insights to hiring managers, leadership, and other functions across the business? If so, then this position within our growing, dynamic, and global Talent Attraction team is for you!

What You Will Do

    • Strategic Talent Partner: Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles (technical and non-technical).
    • Proactive Sourcing Expert: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent, building robust candidate pipelines.
    • Subject Matter Expert: Provide market insights and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring a premium candidate experience that reflects Trimble's values.
    • Data-Driven Results: Leverage analytics to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver impactful results.
    • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication regarding requisition status and talent acquisition initiatives.

    What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

      • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including direct collaboration with hiring managers.
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
      • Experience working in a large, global organization preferred.
      • Proven ability to utilize data and reports to drive recruitment strategies.
      • Strong understanding of best practice recruiting and sourcing methodologies.

      What Skills & Experience You Could Bring

      • Previous experience recruiting for both technical engineering positions and non-technical positions in the areas of sales, marketing, product, customer support, and operations is preferred.
