Clara is the leading spend management platform in Latin America. More than 40,000 businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the fastest-growing company in Latin America. We're ~400 people, backed by Kaszek, monashees, Coatue, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and elevate full-cycle recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and support Clara’s ambitious growth. You will partner directly with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build high-converting candidate pipelines, and deliver a fast, transparent candidate experience. In this role, you will leverage Greenhouse, Slack, and modern AI-driven sourcing techniques to optimize hiring velocity, ensure data accuracy, and strengthen Clara's employer brand across all touchpoints.
You’ll also:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with speed and precision, from intake to offer extension.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate referrals, and automated AI tools to identify high-caliber talent.
- Transform recruitment data into actionable insights, regularly reviewing time-to-hire and pipeline conversion metrics to continuously refine workflows.
- Elevate Clara's employer brand by organizing targeted candidate engagement events and creating compelling outreach messaging.
- Ensure inclusive hiring practices across every stage of the funnel, actively eliminating bias from job specs and evaluation criteria.
- Experiment with AI tools (such as generative search and automated workflow platforms) to reduce administrative overhead and increase hiring output.
Who you are
Must haves:
- Working proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Strong command of recruitment strategies, passive sourcing, and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven track record owning full-cycle recruiting processes in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated ability or genuine interest in using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for sourcing and messaging) to automate workflows and increase recruiting throughput.
- Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse (or a similar enterprise ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Nice to haves:
- Ability to independently draw insights from data using spreadsheets or tools like Metabase to track talent metrics.
- A good sense of humor.
- A high talent-density team driven to make an impact in Latin America — low ego, high ownership.
- Competitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day one.
- An annual learning budget and accelerated development paths.
- English is our working language, with Spanish and Portuguese every day.
- Clarity — Open and direct communication: we say what we mean and give context where it matters.
- Simplicity — If it can be simpler, it should be.
- Ownership — We own everything we do, end to end. When something needs to happen, we don't wait.
- Pride — We hold ourselves to a high standard, and it shows in what we deliver.
- ABC (Always Be Changing) — We adapt fast, embrace change, and keep learning.
- Inclusivity — Diverse ideas, stories and perspectives build a better Clara.
Claridians split their time between the office, customers and home. We don't set a minimum number of office days for most roles, but we expect you to spend time there naturally, and most days during your ramp-up or when your leader asks.
If you meet the must-haves, apply — the nice-to-haves are a bonus, not a requirement.
