Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across the Americas region, applying strong candidate assessment capabilities to identify, evaluate, and select high-caliber talent aligned with business needs
Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, leveraging strong business insights, consulting skills, persuasion, and the ability to balance stakeholders to provide market intelligence, influence decision-making, proactively address challenges, and deliver tailored talent solutions that support business objectives
Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance, demonstrating strong communication skills and relationship-building capabilities that foster trust and engagement throughout the hiring journey
Support local and global initiatives in driving process improvements, actively contributing innovative ideas to enhance talent attraction and engagement while demonstrating business insights and a continuous improvement mindset.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues across Talent Attraction, HR, and other business functions, balancing stakeholder needs and building strong partnerships to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
Adapt global HR standards to the regional and country level based on local requirements, applying knowledge of labour law and employment regulations to ensure compliance and consistency across recruitment practices.
Collaborate with global peers to share best practices, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies that continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Use data-driven insights, talent market intelligence, and business insights to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruitment outcomes, and provide consultative recommendations to stakeholders
Contribute to both regional and global team ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach in managing changing priorities and business demands.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business related field i.e. Human Resources
Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in agency or in-house full cycle recruitment, in-house preferred
Fluent English proficiency with excellent written, verbal, and comprehension skills, enabling effective collaboration with regional and global stakeholders
Proven experience in regional or multi-market recruitment, ideally within complex or specialized roles
Experience working in a global environment with exposure to cross-functional and international stakeholder groups
Expert sourcing experience or creative initiatives to identify and attract high-quality candidates, specifically with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant
Advanced knowledge of ATS, productivity software, database management and sourcing platforms. This includes; Workday, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office tools, etc.
Understanding of local employment law and compliance regulations is crucial
Experienced in developing recruitment strategies
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust
