You will be reporting into GN’s Senior People   Culture Manager in Warsaw, Poland, whilst at the same time being a key collaborator with our Talent Attraction community at GN’s HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Our Talent Attraction Partners cover the entire recruitment funnel - including attraction, sourcing, in-depth interviews, and selection. We are dedicated to ensuring that GN hires the right people to support our growth agenda - ultimately fulfilling our organizational purpose.

Last year, we changed the name from Talent Acquisition to Talent Attraction, emphasizing our change in mindset from focusing on transactional hires to forming sustainable relationships with candidates.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Managers and P C BPs, as key internal stakeholders, and candidates as key external primary stakeholders

  • Managing recruitment primarily within the areas of IT, R D, and Finance, by building pipelines of high-caliber talent and ensuring we attract and hire professionals who will contribute to GN’s continued innovation and business growth

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers within Poland and across GN’s global organization, on recruitment-related matters by helping align the recruitment strategy to meet future talent demands from the business, and challenging Hiring Managers when the fit is not right

  • Contributing significantly by sharing effective strategies and knowledge, enhancing the recruitment process, and improving our methods for attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Are used to work in an international corporate setting, since you will work with global stakeholders across functions, cultures, and geographies

  • Have experience in recruiting for roles within IT or Finance, with the ability to understand the specifics of these talent markets and engage effectively with highly skilled professionals

  • Can handle a certain volume of recruitment processes, with experience in managing and filling 45-60 positions per year, which will be beneficial

  • Exhibit effective listening and communication proficiency

  • Are a result-oriented and cooperative partner, with the ability to manage multiple projects and handle shifting priorities

  • Can communicate effortlessly in Polish and English.

This is a temporary position for 1.5 years with the possibility of extension, depending on business needs and mutual agreement.
