We are seeking a proactive and creative Talent Attraction & Marketing Specialist to support our B2B Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help drive talent attraction and engagement strategies across a portfolio of global clients, including leading technology organizations. Combining recruitment marketing, agency management, employer branding, and recruitment process support, you will play a key role in enhancing candidate attraction, improving recruitment operations, and supporting the delivery of exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment agency relationships, including ongoing communication, performance monitoring, and educating agencies on client requirements, role expectations, and hiring processes.
Create and deliver talent attraction campaigns across social media, job boards, advertising channels, referral programs, and employer branding initiatives.
Manage recruitment marketing content and internal communications to drive engagement and awareness across the business.
Maintain and optimize job postings across internal and external job boards, ensuring all vacancies are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Support ATS administration, candidate application management, and the importing of applications from external sourcing channels.
Review job descriptions and recruitment activity to ensure compliance with company, client, and market standards.
Support employee referral programs by promoting participation through targeted communication campaigns and tracking engagement.
Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to support hiring initiatives, talent attraction strategies, and continuous process improvement.
Monitor the performance of recruitment marketing activities and identify opportunities to enhance candidate engagement and overall attraction outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Recruitment Coordination, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and talent attraction channels.
Experience managing social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, or employer branding activities.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for improving candidate experience and talent attraction outcomes.
