About the role

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you are part of our global Talent Attraction Shared Service Center and act as the operational backbone of our hiring processes. You ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment coordination across regions, enabling scalable delivery and a strong candidate experience.

In a highly structured, process-driven environment, you support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle, while maintaining high standards in data quality, governance, and service delivery.


This is your new job

You will coordinate and support end-to-end Talent Attraction processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Prepare job advertisements, recruitment documentation, and interview materials
  • Act as key contact point for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS and ensure data completeness
  • Support job description management, documentation standards, and template governance
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor law, data privacy (e.g. GDPR), and internal policies
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support fair, consistent, and unbiased hiring practices
  • Coordinate external vendors such as recruitment agencies and track performance against agreed terms
  • Support relocation and mobility processes, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with visa, work permit, and immigration processes by tracking documentation and timelines
  • Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and overall data quality within recruitment systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOP development, and Talent Attraction projects

This is you

You are a highly organized and service-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, international environment:

  • Vocational training or comparable qualification in HR, administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within HR Operations, Talent Attraction, or Shared Services
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with ATS systems and structured HR processes
  • Solid understanding of HR administration and recruitment coordination
  • Exposure to relocation, mobility, or immigration processes is a plus
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance
  • Structured, reliable, and able to identify and escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse, international stakeholders
  • Fluency in English; additional languages skills in German, Dutch or Italian

Skills Required
