Your Profile
  • Completed degree in business, psychology or a comparable field – ideally with a focus on HR.
  • Initial practical experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, e.g. through internships, working student positions or first full-time experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the recruiting process and a strong interest in developing yourself in end-to-end recruiting.
  • Motivation to familiarise yourself with topics such as talent analytics, employer branding or modern recruiting tools.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn how to work with data, reporting and evaluations.
  • Strong communication skills as well as business-fluent German and English (both at least C1 level).
Be responsible for
  • Actively contributing to the recruiting process – from sourcing and approaching candidates, through supporting the selection process, all the way to preparing offers.
  • Contributing to a positive candidate and client experience and acting as a reliable point of contact in the day-to-day project work.
  • Working closely with hiring managers as well as external clients to find the best and ensure future (hyper-)growth of the company. 
  • Grow your data literacy by supporting data analysis and helping to identify optimisation potential.
  • Bringing in your own ideas to continuously improve our recruiting processes together with our team and set the foundation to become a future people leader. 

Please note that this position is based in Berlin.

In a Nutshell

Hands-on across projects: As a Talent Associate, you’ll work on various end-to-end recruitment projects within A11 or the A11 Ecosystem and become a Business Partner for Hiring Managers and Candidates. 

Learning at the core: You’ll get weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with your manager, plus regular knowledge-sharing sessions with leaders from marketing, data, tech, AI, and more - all designed to shape you into a well-rounded People leader.
