Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting for an Eataly store. Reports directly to the Human Resources Business Partner and reports functionally to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Partners with store leadership as well as the HR Business Partners, HR Generalists and Head of Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for current and upcoming openings
- Works independently to oversee and execute all aspects of the recruiting process: researches and develops unique sourcing strategies, independently evaluates candidates, selects candidates for advancement in hiring process, coordinates interviews, and manages candidate experience and follow up
- Ensures compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, directives and policies
- Monitors and maintains compliance with applicant tracking and other business requirements
- Utilizes available metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices to support store goals; suggests improvements to Eataly management and implements changes
- Collaborates with the University Relations team to incorporate educational partnerships, community relations and employer branding efforts regularly into the overall recruitment strategy
- Provides training to hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System and effective interviewing
- Participates in facilitating new hire orientation and the onboarding process
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of relevant, high volume talent acquisition experience
- Prior experience with/exposure to high-volume operations; restaurant/hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing business needs
- Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Responsiveness to urgent business needs and requests
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
