About the Role
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you'll own end-to-end recruitment across Australia, partnering closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that drives business success.
You'll act as a trusted talent advisor, using market insights, data, and innovative sourcing strategies to influence hiring decisions and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
Act as a strategic advisor by leveraging talent market intelligence, data, and hiring insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.
Proactively source, engage, and attract high-quality talent through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social media, talent mapping, and networking.
Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance hiring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Lead and represent the business at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities, building strong talent pipelines and market presence.
Contribute to and lead talent acquisition initiatives across employer branding, diversity and inclusion, graduate recruitment, process improvement, and technology optimisation.
Champion best-practice recruitment processes and leverage tools such as Workday and sourcing technologies to drive operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.
Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and stakeholder groups.
Experience within building technologies, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors is highly regarded.
Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organisation.
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
Demonstrated success delivering against recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organisational skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering great hiring outcomes.
