The Sr. Recruiter will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that our hiring practices align with DATAMARK’s core values.
In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Your proactive approach and strong relationship-building skills will help ensure a positive candidate experience and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities- Execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring practices.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the right talent for each position.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze performance to enhance strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring.
- 4 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
- Exceptional understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and trends.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Prior experience in the BPO or outsourcing industries is a plus.
