Company Overview:

At Relativity Space, we have two audacious goals: to build the next great commercial launch company with Terran R and to become America's leading force in additive manufacturing innovation. Both contribute to our long-term vision of creating humanity’s industrial base on Mars, paving the way for interplanetary life to expand the possibilities of the human experience. This journey begins right here on Earth – where we design, build, and fly rockets to deliver customer payloads to orbit. Terran R, our medium-to-heavy lift reusable rocket, fulfills the growing demand for launch capacity, thanks to our iterative approach that accelerates design, testing, and development while minimizing costs. While our groundbreaking research and development in 3D printing pushes the boundaries of large-scale additive manufacturing.

Your journey with us is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of aerospace technology, additive manufacturing, and the human experience alongside a community of passionate, creative individuals. Join us on this extraordinary journey, as we work together to transform our vision into reality.

Team:

Our People team is responsible for supporting Relativity’s best-in-class team, as well as strategically managing our hiring pipelines to help us find the very best talent to join our company. On this team, you are given the opportunity to work across many teams and projects, while also helping to set the tone for Relativity’s company values and culture. The Talent Operations Specialist is a critical member of the People and Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will manage the candidate experience from start to finish and support employee experience while prioritizing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Your work will be high impact, fast paced, collaborative, and will contribute to maintaining and expanding Relativity’s reputation as an excellent place to interview and work.

 What you’ll do:

Your day-to-day mission is to partner closely with the Recruiting and Employee Experience Teams to accomplish the following:

  • Serve as an on-site liaison for employees and candidates at Relativity’s Stennis site – ensuring that all have a positive, inclusive experience
  • Schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner—this includes phone, video, and on-site interviews (+ site visits)
  • Coordinate candidate travel (flight, hotel, car service, etc.) and expense reimbursement as needed
  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other Employee Experience team projects and initiatives as needed

You are someone who welcomes and thrives in ambiguity—as we grow as a company, you have the courage to tackle new problems with creative and efficient solutions. You are also someone who is comfortable interacting professionally with all levels of candidates and internal clients. You will be working with sensitive data—you should have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.  Lastly, you are eternally curious, self-directed, and are a detail-oriented problem solver, willing to support special projects as needed.
