- Partner collaboratively with business units and other HR team members to meet recruiting goals.
- Guide and assist business leaders with regard to staffing process, policies, and procedures.
- Work cross-functionally with other Human Resources teams on hiring strategies, and headcount planning.
- Translate workforce plans of each business unit/department into recruiting strategies and implement these strategies to meet those needs by being creative, cost-effective, and timely actions.
- Educate hiring teams, business leaders and human resources on recruiting best practices, interviewing processes and expectations.
- Maintains applicant tracking database integrity and follow recruiting policy and processes and all applicable laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new HR programs and processes.
- Ensures a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing the candidate expectations during the recruitment process.
- As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Minimum Qualifications
The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.
- Three to five years of experience recruiting in staffing and corporate environments required.
- Technical/Professional recruiting required.
- Engineering recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of the recruiting process to include; sourcing (LinkedIn/Indeed), candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and on-boarding.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology required.
- Workday recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
