What you will do
Lead the development of TA related social media content specific to our employer brand that will help differentiate Equifax from our talent competitors
Find compelling stories from our 13K+ employees that communicate the key elements of our employer brand promise
Collaborate with HRBPs, Marketing, TA, and various business partners across the global enterprise as we seek to increase brand awareness in key talent markets
Develop a cohesive social media strategy that will support the recruiting efforts for the 24 countries in which we operate
Lead the development efforts of our social media content which will include videos, photos, and blog posts
Partner with our TA Leaders as we seek to creatively find ways to attract top talent
Provide social media support and coverage for key corporate events
Track, measure, and report on employer branding initiatives
What experience you need
Minimum of 6 years of experience with corporate employer branding and social media
Minimum of 2 years of experience related to HR / Talent Acquisition employer branding content
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global enterprise environment
