Main responsibilities:

  • Attract and identify qualified IT talent through LinkedIn sourcing
  • Conduct interviews and identify applicants to fulfill open positions
  • Build solid and lasting relationships
  • Be the link between talent and opportunity
  • Contribute to the company's growth with your experience

What we’re looking for: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection
  • Experience in source candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persistence and proactivity
  • Ambition to be results-oriented
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability for hybrid work - 3 times per week at the Carnaxide office

Skills Required
