Main responsibilities:
- Attract and identify qualified IT talent through LinkedIn sourcing
- Conduct interviews and identify applicants to fulfill open positions
- Build solid and lasting relationships
- Be the link between talent and opportunity
- Contribute to the company's growth with your experience
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection
- Experience in source candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persistence and proactivity
- Ambition to be results-oriented
- Enjoy working in a team
- Fluent in English
- Availability for hybrid work - 3 times per week at the Carnaxide office
