Due to increased business activity, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter based in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona), for a duration of 1 year.
As part of Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
1. Business support:
- Build on a thorough knowledge of the key profiles, associated skills and/or business scope, trends and long‑term needs to contribute as an expert to the strategic recruitment directions of his/her scope.
- Can define and/or guide a recruitment program related to a new business project or a change of organization.
2. Expertise:
- Provide recruitment expertise on one or more key profiles qualified by the Group in relation to the labor market.
- Be able to facilitate an internal community of recruiters related to those key profile(s).
- Act as an external stakeholder for matters related to his/her area of expertise in recruitment for the benefit of the Group in his/her country and/or internationally as required.
- Look for new “niche” recruitment firms to meet specific needs for the benefit of the Group in his/her country.
- Contribute to the evolution of processes or to the introduction of new recruitment methods and/or tools.
3. Recruitment:
- Be in charge of recruitment (brief managers, writing of the announcement, publication, sourcing, pre‑selection of candidates, visual or physical interviews, development and negotiation of salary proposals) within a dedicated scope and for complex key profiles.
- Take a proactive approach to searching for candidates based on external sourcing, internal and external attractiveness, management and animation of pools while ensuring optimized recruitment time.
- Provide expertise and advice to managers and HRBPs within his/her scope.
- Define and implement a shared action plan with the manager to secure recruitment delivery.
4. Attractiveness & School relations:
- Develop employer branding actions and contribute to attractiveness initiatives.
- Create and publish social networks news related to events and needs at Thales to increase visibility, in compliance with Group guidelines and policies.
- Organize and/or participate in internal and external recruitment events.
- Support School Relations and Attractiveness Managers with schools and associations.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Languages: Spanish level (native) and English level (intermediate).
- Soft skills: Effective communication, task planning and organization, time management, and teamwork.
- Tools:
- High proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Workday (desirable)
Important requirements
- You will be available for immediate or soon incorporation.
- You must have your own car to commute to the office.
- You will be interested in a temporary position with a duration of 1 year.
