We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with Romanian to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences. !
This role lasts initially until the end of January 2027 with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Act as a Pre-boarding Country Specialist, supporting end-to-end pre employment activities for assigned locations.
- Create, issue, and manage offer letters in the local language, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Initiate, track, and monitor employment checks, including background, drug, and medical screenings where required, and flag discrepancies to the Team Lead for review and documentation.
- Ensure all candidate data and documentation are handled in accordance with confidentiality, data protection, and compliance policies.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to deliver smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure operational excellence within the Global TA Coordination team.
Requirements
- 1+ year of coordination or administrative experience within a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function.
- High level of attention to detail, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage.
- Exposure to pre-boarding activities such as contract generation, global mobility, or visa processing is desirable.
- Ability to manage local and global stakeholders in a remote working environment, demonstrating a proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
- University-level degree strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
