Talent Acquisition Support (Interview Coordinator)
Join our dynamic Talent Supply team as an Talent Acquisition Support! We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our executive recruitment process and work with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager during executive recruitments. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers while also contributing to various talent acquisition projects to enhance our recruitment strategies and processes.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Support, you will play a key role in coordinating the interview process for executive recruitments and supporting our Global Talent Acquisition Managers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring all logistics are in place for a smooth interview process. Additionally, you will support talent acquisition projects aimed at improving our recruitment strategies.

What You Will Do

Interview Coordination
-
Assist TA Managers in interview coordination, including scheduling and communicating details to candidates.

Ensure all interview materials and logistics are prepared, and manage candidate travel arrangements.

Maintain and update interview schedules and candidate records in Workday.

Candidate Experience:

Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely and professional communication to candidates and addressing any questions or concerns.

Represent Essity as a company ambassador, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final decision.

Talent Acquisition process support:

Assist Talent Acquisition Managers with CV reviews and sourcing.

Engage candidates in Essity’s recruitment process.

Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate pre-interview assessments.
-
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation scheduling and documentation.

Maintain recruiting data in Workday, becoming a process and system expert

Project Execution:

Assist Talent Acquisition Managers with CV reviews and sourcing.

Engage candidates in Essity’s recruitment process.

Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate pre-interview assessments.

Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation scheduling and documentation.

Who You Are
-
Experience as an Interview Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Analyst, or similar role is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficient in written communication, especially in English.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with Workday and other recruitment software is desirable.

Collaborative and enjoys working with others.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
