Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, lead a small recruitment team, and drive hiring strategies to support business growth. The role requires strong experience in high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services, along with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily recruitment operations and guide the TA team in achieving hiring targets
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for supervisory to managerial roles
- Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with manpower plans
- Lead high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and support roles
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnaround time)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
- Coordinate with external agencies and recruitment partners
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Preferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industry
- Proven experience in high-volume and niche hiring
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Background in loan, lending, collections, or device financing companies
- Female candidates are preferred for this role
- Experience handling agency partnerships and recruitment vendors
