The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment team, supervising the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring the organization's talent acquisition strategies align with business goals. This role involves supervising a team of recruiters, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. partners with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires.
Position Responsibilities:
Job Requisition Management
· Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of volume and specialized roles
· End to end processing and fulfillment of job requisitions
· Manage assigned requisitions to completion through proper delegation and strict compliance with the standard hiring process
Stakeholder Management and Partnership
· Engage directly with hiring managers, including function heads to support them with their hiring needs
· Be on top of hiring numbers particularly on filing and hire on time rates
· Keep business partners up to date on the hiring progress and insights market through facilitation of weekly, monthly business reviews and reports
· Effectively articulate overall demands vs hires anchored through data and market insights
Process Management
· Act as a subject matter expert in the overall recruitment cycle from recruitment planning to onboarding
People Management
· Supervise a team of 3-5 recruiters to meet hiring targets and SLAs
· Drive and mobilize the team/direct reports to achieve goals based on set targets and monthly SLA
· Foster collaboration and establish harmonious working relationships within the team
· Champion engagement and build a winning team
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition; 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment of volume and corporate roles
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Bank/financial, BPO, or Ssthared Services industry
