The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines and deploying innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, cold outreach, and targeted research.
Accountable for the end-to-end candidate experience, this position also supports early retention by facilitating the full hiring process and ensuring effective onboarding.
General Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for the dedicated location and/ or business function;
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities, future needs, and business critical positions that are routinely filled throughout the year
- Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with targeted/key candidates and specific talent pools and maintain those relationships with an ongoing focus
- Screen candidates
- Report on/maintain data around activity, market place trends and produce quality information for presentation to hiring managers to demonstrate position value and cost savings to the company
- Act as a search expert for various functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search
- Manage job postings through various career portals
- Identify networking opportunities to generate awareness of open positions and generate new candidates
- Assist in branding Sensata as an employer of choice
Experience / Qualifications:
Full-lifecycle in-house recruitment experience across multiple European countries
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships — including pushing back diplomatically and holding hiring managers accountable.
Advanced sourcing capability: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, direct approach.
Strong communication and influencing skills in English; business-level Dutch and/or German is a strong advantage. French is a plus.
Data-literate, organised, self-directed, and comfortable with high autonomy in a lean team.
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
NICE TO HAVE
• Workday ATS experience; background in sensors, electronics, automotive, or industrial technology; structured interviewing methodology expertise.

Gross Annual Salary Range:
