OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to transform how we attract and engage talent across key business areas. This role will elevate sourcing into a strategic function, driving a product mindset and leveraging AI and market intelligence to build future-ready talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will operate autonomously, lead complex initiatives, and embody Nordic’s maxims in every interaction.Key Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for ensuring healthy candidate pipelines in Healthcare IT and specialized pools across EHR and ERP application and technology, Data & Analytics.
- Design and enhance scalable sourcing and recruiting workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and speed across the hiring lifecycle
- Develop, document, and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and best practices to enable consistent execution across the Talent Acquisition team
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement new technologies (including AI and automation tools) to enhance sourcing effectiveness and recruiter capacity
- Enable a data-driven recruiting culture by equipping team members with tools, training, and insights to proactively manage their pipelines
- Create templates, automations, and communication frameworks that elevate recruiter effectiveness and improve candidate and hiring manager experience
- Drive strategic sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, Indeed, Dice, and emerging technologies.
- Lead and evolve tailored Talent Acquisition strategy plans across Staffing, Advisory, Sales, and Managed Services business functions.
- Utilize candidate personas, competitor analysis, sourcing/comms plans, and recruitment marketing aligned to hiring demand and new deals.
- Enhance candidate experience and consider the full employee lifecycle across talent pools.
- Monitor industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarks to inform hiring strategies and share knowledge with the team.
- Promote Nordic’s employer brand across channels, acting as a Nordic Ambassador in the market.
- Partner with the Marketing Team on recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Lead major initiatives and highly complex workstreams within the Talent Acquisition function.
- Fill critical roles across functions

- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience, or 11 years of related experience with no degree
- Proven success recruiting in global applications and global technology, data & analytics domains.
- Strong experience with sourcing platforms and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and AI-powered recruiting technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to broader TA strategy.
- Deep understanding of candidate personas, market intelligence, and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
