Talent Acquisition Specialist- Project based
About the Role:
As a Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of care and services provided by ensuring that the right professionals are placed in critical roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Collaboration with hiring managers and department leaders will be essential to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ultimately, your work will contribute to building a skilled, diverse, and motivated workforce that supports the organization's mission and growth objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and internet recruiting tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and contract recruitment processes.
- Experience in technical recruiting and staffing within a healthcare or related environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and college recruiting initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and temporary staffing providers to support contract and temporary recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to technical and healthcare positions.
