We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help build the workforce that powers our operation. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and partner closely with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the business. You’ll play an important role in delivering a great candidate experience while supporting business growth in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Essential ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source and attract candidates through recruiting platforms, employee referrals, networking, events, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and team needs.
Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.
Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and provide reporting and hiring insights as needed.
Support recruiting events, on-site hiring activities, and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment practices.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and drive operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial, operations, or other fast-paced environments preferred.
Experience recruiting in union and non-union environments preferred.
Experience supporting a startup, rapidly growing, or changing organization is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
