PPC Partners is adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Northern operations throughout WI & MN. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent across various professional roles.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
  • Build strong candidate pipelines within construction and skilled trades
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and hiring strategy
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience (construction, utility and/or related industry strongly preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with hiring leaders
