PPC Partners is adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Northern operations throughout WI & MN. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent across various professional roles.
What You’ll Do- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
- Build strong candidate pipelines within construction and skilled trades
- Partner with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and hiring strategy
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience (construction, utility and/or related industry strongly preferred)
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can build trust with hiring leaders
- High-impact role supporting business growth in the Midwest
- Strong partnership with HR and business leaders
