About the Role

We are launching our new office in Bogotá, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join as part of the founding team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in building our presence in Colombia from the ground up. You will be the first recruiter on the ground, working closely with leadership to shape the team, culture, and hiring strategy of the office.

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of their work, and is highly motivated to build, scale, and grow alongside the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, onboarding)
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Onboarding & Orientation
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Introduce employees to company tools, policies, and culture
HR Administration
  • Maintain and draft employee records and documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies
  • Support in resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment
  • Plan and organize team events, engagement activities, and office initiatives
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Performance Management & Development
  • Support the performance review process
  • Assist in developing and improving training and development programs
Office & Culture Building
  • Contribute to building the Bogotá office from a people and culture perspective
  • Support internal initiatives related to team bonding, office setup, and company branding (e.g., onboarding experience, merchandise, culture activities)
