Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

Descriptive Statement(s)
Manages full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions across the region.
Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
Identifies and attracts qualified candidates through job postings, social media, referrals, schools, and community outreach.
Reviews applications, conducts initial screenings, and schedules interviews with hiring teams.
Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques, selection criteria, and recruiting best practices.
Shares relevant hiring data with managers, including candidate availability, salary trends, and market insights.
Builds talent pipelines for high-volume hourly hiring needs.
Utilizes approved AI tools to streamline written communication, conduct market and competitor intelligence research
Maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system while ensuring OFCCP compliance.
Writes compelling postings and promotes opportunities through multiple channels including social media.
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Multi-state, multi-unit experience is preferred. Background in hospitality, healthcare, retail, consumer product goods, is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools like Indeed, and social media platforms.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
Authority to Act:
Job is fairly routine. Incumbent follows established practices and procedures. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
