We are currently looking to add a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to our HR Department located in our office at Queretaro.
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - alternate Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities
- Organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc.
- Extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates.
- Propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention.
- Provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives
- Offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters
- Assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements
- Establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws
Other HR Support Activities:
- Engage in and support Human Resources projects
- Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection
- Participate in Career and Job Fairs as well as recruitment initiatives
- Regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a Psychology, Administration or related field is desirable.
+4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, sourcing tools.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Advanced English skills.
