Your Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own our end-to-end recruiting and help build a team of top performers. You’ll shape the future of legal tech by discovering and hiring exceptional and innovation-driven talents.

  • Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions.

  • Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on sales roles.

  • Optimising our recruitment pipeline to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.

  • Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to showcase what makes Lexroom.ai a great place to work.

  • Collaborating with our Leadership Team and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably in fast-paced environments/startups/scale ups and across multiple European countries.

  • Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting , with direct experience in hiring for sales roles like Account Executives, SDR, BDR, and Sales Managers.

  • Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Full proficiency in English and Italian. German and/or French is considered a plus.

  • Experience with Employer Branding and building a strong company culture.

  • Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics.

  • A commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to details.
