About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to offer closure — for various roles across departments
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide hiring strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking channels
Conduct screening calls, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Manage candidate pipeline using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain and share weekly recruitment status reports and dashboards
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts when needed
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms
Hands-on experience in hiring for technical and non-technical positions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once
Experience with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Exposure to employer branding and social hiring
Understanding of market trends and compensation benchmarks
