Primary Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers to review job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage full cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule onsite/virtual interviews.
- Provide guidance to managers on candidate evaluation and selection.
- Draft, extend, and negotiate job offers in partnership with HR.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and deliver recruitment metrics.
- Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives. interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and candidate communications.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
