CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a proactive talent partner who can attract high-performing candidates in software engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms.
  • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels.
  • Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
