  • Lead and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns for frontline, operational, and store-level roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
  • Coordinate job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community hiring events.
  • Utilize Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) methods and structured assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Design and facilitate group discussion activities to assess key soft skills for mass recruitment.
  • Work closely with store managers, area managers, and operations heads to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress to business stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience,
  • Proven experience in mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and local blue-collar hiring channels.
  • Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
