About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, supporting recruitment activity across Iberia and selected EMEA markets. This role will act as a replacement within the team and will play a key part in managing end-to-end hiring processes, particularly supporting roles requiring English.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across different business units, ensuring efficient, high-quality hiring aligned with business priorities. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is comfortable working in an international environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and adapting to different markets and hiring needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to offer stage, for roles based primarily in Iberia and across EMEA.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and realistic market expectations.

  • Proactively collaborate with our Coordinators team to source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal talent pools, and referrals, with a focus on profiles requiring English and Spanish.

  • Conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with HR, coordinators, and onboarding teams to ensure compliant and timely hiring.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within a multinational or EMEA-focused environment.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions (IT, sales, corporate, or operational roles is a plus).

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is a strong plus.

  • Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.

  • Organized, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Based in or willing to work from Barcelona.
