About the Role

As part of a global EATA network, this role serves as a strategic recruitment partner and ambassador for Essity’s employer brand. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, craft compelling job ads, and proactively build talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, you’ll guide them through recruitment best practices, market trends, and workforce planning, while also championing internal mobility and DEI initiatives.

What You Will Do
  • Be an active part of the global EATA network and promote the Essity Employer Brand locally and globally.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Craft compelling, high-impact job ads that attract top talent.

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to proactively address current and future recruitment needs.

  • Engage candidates with timely follow-up and feedback, enhancing their experience and reinforcing Essity’s employer brand.

  • Develop talent pipelines using social media and innovative sourcing methods.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System, leveraging recruitment KPIs and reporting.

  • Communicate recruitment updates clearly across all levels of the organization.

  • Promote internal mobility and support DEI recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and explore new ways to attract top candidates.

  • Support the implementation of local employer branding strategies aligned with global guidelines.

  • Act as a passionate ambassador for Essity’s vision, values, and culture

Who You Are

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes on multinational companies.

  • Previous experience in agency is a plus

  • Skilled in proactive candidate sourcing using social media, networking, and innovative tools to build pipelines.

  • Strong using ATS systems and recruitment metrics. Workday knowledge is a plus.

  • Experience creating compelling job ads, managing employer brand campaigns, and engaging talent through various channels.

  • Advanced English is required

  • Ability to engage with candidates and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Strategic on anticipating hiring needs, advising on market trends, and guiding business leaders.

  • Adaptability & Continuous Improvement Mindset.

  • Customer Service Mindset

Education

  • BSc in Psychology, Business Administration or related experience.
