Role Summary
This role manages full-cycle recruiting for both technical and corporate roles, with a focus on building pipelines, screening candidates, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and supports onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake to onboarding.
- Proactively source and engage candidates across cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to align role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent RSI Security at career fairs and events.
- Manage the ATS and support HR operations, including HRIS updates and compliance documentation.
- Track recruiting metrics and share insights with HR leadership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
- 2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience.
- Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- You proactively source talent and build strong pipelines.
- You communicate clearly and foster trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- You stay organized and deliver results with urgency and accuracy.
- You adapt quickly, embrace feedback, and continuously improve.
- You embody humility, collaboration, and accountability while representing RSI Security’s culture.
